Ingredients
- 3/4C raw cashews
- 1C fresh basil
- 1/2C vegetable broth
- 1/4C olive oil
- 2T nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 1/2T lemon juice
- pinch salt
- 2 garlic cloves
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add additional vegetable broth to achieve a thinner consistency.
- Place pesto sauce into a small sauce pan and heat.
- Pour over pasta.
