Measurements

In my recipes, I use the following abbreviations for popular units of measure.

• C = Cup
• T = Tablespoon
• t = teaspoon
• lb = pound
• oz = ounce
• pkg = package

1 cup = 8 ounces = 16 tablespoons = 48 teaspoons

1 gallon = 4 quarts = 8 pints = 16 cups = 128 ounces
