Ingredients
- 2C potatoes, diced large
- 1C carrots, diced large
- 1/2C water
- 1/3C olive oil
- 2t salt
- 1T lemon juice
- 1/2C nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/4t onion powder
- 1/4t garlic powder
- 1/4t crushed red pepper (cayenne)
- 1/2t McKay's chicken-style seasoning
Directions
- Boil the potatoes and carrots until soft.
- Drain cooked vegetables.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
